Job Description

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will take pride in crafting unforgettable guest experiences. Your leadership skills will shine as you oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service standards are met with warmth and efficiency.

You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and exceptional service delivery.

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary liaison between departments, driving communication and alignment to achieve our mission of creating lasting memories for our guests.

Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A strong track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Previous experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Opera or a related PMS system is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to lead by example.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with knowledge of a second language being an asset.
  • Valid South Australian RSA certification and the ability to hold RP badge.
