Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused leader, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of customers above all else.

This role involves joining a Retail team that is committed to customer obsession and moving with speed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model exemplary customer relationships and influence customer advocacy.
  • Drive Retail performance goals and lead the mastery across Adelaide North and CBD area of our consistent way of working – the 'Future of Retail'.
  • Maintain professional performance edge and foster growth through proactive coaching and broader engagement across the community.
  • Grow business while ensuring the safety and protection of customers and colleagues through excellent risk management.
Qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience, preferably gained in a 'Leader of Leaders' role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire a team to achieve outcomes, including commercial success.
  • Experience of leading a customer-driven distribution business in a competitive customer environment.
  • A genuine 'Passion for Customers' and 'Win Together' mindset.
  • Ability to articulate past strategies, key successes, and professional learning opportunities.
