
Workforce Health Specialist

High-quality occupational health services are essential for improving workforce health, safety, and wellbeing.
This role requires a skilled and dedicated medical professional to provide expertise in occupational medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations, fitness-for-work assessments, and injury management consultations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Offer advice on workplace health and safety, including return-to-work planning to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Implement health programs, including drug and alcohol testing and vaccinations to prevent illnesses and promote overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate with employers to deliver customized health solutions for their workforce, enhancing employee satisfaction and reducing healthcare costs.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with industry standards.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced medical professional with:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
- Postgraduate training in occupational medicine (or working toward qualifications).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient care and customer service.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
