We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at TransGrid. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving technology-driven people change initiatives and projects, ensuring successful end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct change impact assessments and manage communications to ensure business impacts are accurately captured and translated into clear change communication materials.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including the broader IT team, to understand both the current and future states.
- Develop engaging training plans, training material, and conduct training sessions in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Advocate for the end-user experience and communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, project and resource plans, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on technology-driven people change initiatives and projects.
- Professional qualifications/certification in Change Management or other relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of Change Management Methodologies (CMBok, Prosci - ADKAR) and associated tools and templates.
- Exceptional ability to understand and advocate for the end-user experience.
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate, establish and maintain relationships at all levels from the C-suite to field-based staff.
