About This Role:

As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents at Jemalong Residential Village.

  • Ensure that all aspects of clinical care meet the highest standards and are in line with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Lead and coach a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
  • Work in a safe manner and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications.

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aging process and its associated health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in a residential aged care setting.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
  • A customer-centric approach to business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft suite.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
