Nurse leadership opportunities don't come along often, but we're seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our regional residential aged care home on a permanent full-time basis.
This is your chance to take the reins and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are met.
The role offers a unique blend of autonomy and support, with a dedicated leadership team behind you and access to regional and centralised resources when needed.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Evaluate and improve clinical outcomes and resident experience through continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor of Nursing degree, current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in nurse leadership/management roles.
