Internal Sales Representative

New Point Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our client, Blickle, a global leader in the manufacture of industrial wheels and casters. As a key member of the Australian team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing the company's presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention, and updating notes in the CRM system.
- Sales Initiatives: Manage sales initiatives in assigned customer groups, sales channels, and territories, driving growth and revenue.
- Technical Support: Provide technical and solution-based advice to clients, understanding their product needs and enhancing existing relationships.
- Order Management: Prepare quotes, provide stock information, process orders, issue invoices and credits, track deliveries, and handle complaints and warranties.
- Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities through customer, competitor, and market analyses, and continuous CRM data mining.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, create purchase orders, and manage close-out sales initiatives.
- Training and Development: Undergo continuous training to become a local product competence leader.
- Experience: Prior experience in a sales capacity, preferably internal sales/sales support.
- Technical Aptitude: Technical aptitude to understand and explain product diagrams and applications.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strategic approach to researching clients and following sales processes.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPI's, grow sales, and client base.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client service, account management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- IT Skills: Good IT/administrative skills to update a CRM and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
