Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle orders via phone and email.
  • Technical Sales: Provide product support and guidance.
  • Customer Service: Assist with counter sales and inquiries via phone.
  • Sales Inquiries: Address general and sales-related questions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Support in pick packing tasks.

You will report directly to the Branch Manager as part of the Internal Sales team.
