
Contract Portfolio Manager

Overseeing and managing a portfolio of facilities maintenance contracts is a critical role that requires strong leadership and contract management skills.
The OpportunityYou will play a key member in our team, reporting to the Head of Facilities Management. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing contract performance to ensure regular reviews are conducted and areas of concern and opportunities for improvement are identified;
- Preparing and coordinating annual maintenance budgeting, including managing inputs from contractors and stakeholders;
- Ensuring all contract management activities protect our interests and reputation; and
- Leading and managing direct reports to develop an effective and engaged team to deliver on our property portfolio objectives.
This position requires a strong background in facilities management, with at least five (5) years' experience in this field. You will possess:
- A proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and service agreements;
- Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, including performance evaluation, issue resolution, and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service levels; and
- Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and reporting on budgets related to facilities management and contract services.
