Job Title: Portfolio Management Assistant

This role reports to the Portfolio Operations Manager and involves providing assistance with contractual, operational and environmental aspects of our properties. You will work closely with the POM to ensure consistency of operational delivery across our portfolio.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing tender documentation for service contracts.
  • Evaluating tenders and preparing recommendation reports for executive approval.
  • Managing service contract KPIs and deliverables.
  • Producing a quarterly report on the overall operational performance of our asset portfolio.
  • Assisting the POM to achieve consistency of operational delivery across our portfolio.
  • Managing capex procurement and implementation across retail and office buildings.
  • Preparing tender documentation, including contract conditions, special conditions, scope of services, and conditions of tendering, etc. for all service and one-off contracts in accordance with our contract register.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • +5 years' experience in procurement and contract management, with a focus on facilities management.
  • P&L experience is essential.
  • A trade background is advantageous.
  • Certificate IV in procurement and contracting is advantageous.
