Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and realise Product Visions, ensuring the right initiatives are prioritised and delivered.
  • Provide strategic technology leadership, guiding the crew to navigate complex challenges and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ensure adequate technical resources for high-quality solution delivery, including the right tools, technologies, and support.
  • Foster fast decision-making, effective collaboration and communication to respond quickly to changing needs and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passionate technologists experienced in shaping digital technology strategies in large scalable environments.
  • Hands-on technologists prepared to roll up their sleeves and work on the tools where necessary.
  • Background as a full stack engineer with hands-on experience with modern technology stacks e.g. AWS, Typescript, NextJS, Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Contact Centre stack or equivalent.
