Lead Digital Solutions Delivery

The Senior Digital Solutions Director leads the implementation of our Learning and Development (L&D) and Sales & Services (S&S) technology solutions. Key responsibilities include driving engagement, building a high-performing team, managing performance, and cascading important information to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive engagement by creating a positive climate that motivates team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Build, lead, grow, and motivate a skilled team with expertise in L&D and S&S solutions.
  • Manage team performance, set objectives for direct reports, and ensure accountability.
  • Participate in regional delivery leadership activities and lead initiatives when required.
Revenue & Resource Management:
  • Ensure timely and accurate backlog management and forecasting.
  • Communicate regularly on team progress and activities.
  • Plan and resource projects to optimize team utilization and costs.
Client Delivery:
  • Support the implementation of L&D and S&S technology solutions in client environments.
  • Identify and implement client usage strategies and enable clients to utilize our solutions.
  • Manage client relationships post-implementation and suggest feature improvements.
  • Partner with internal clients to deploy resources and deliver business strategy plans.
  • Present quarterly and annual reviews to senior levels of client organizations.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; experience in leadership, development, or sales preferred.
