This Corporate lawyer role offers a dynamic opportunity to advise on strategic transactions and capital markets legal matters.

As an Associate Solicitor, you will be part of a hands-on team working on marquee deals and providing support to cross-practice teams.

  • Drafting and reviewing sale agreements, scheme booklets & disclosure materials
  • Advising on equity raisings, joint ventures and regulatory approvals
  • Coordinating due diligence, valuation workshops & closing logistics

Key requirements include:

  • Strong organisation and ability to manage diverse files
  • Excellent drafting, communication & stakeholder skills
  • A collaborative approach and proactive mindset
About the Opportunity
