About the role

Collaborate with lawyers across all offices to gain exposure to complex transactions in the market. Work closely with Partners and the wider team.

Our structure allows exposure to various Partners and work types, encouraging specialization and a strong foundation across your field.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage in M&A, private equity, capital markets, corporate advisory and governance
  • Deliver successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and globally
  • Work across sectors like energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail
Qualifications and skills
  • Experience in a top-tier or international corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice, from private practice or in-house
  • Ability to manage smaller matters and parts of larger transactions
  • Excellent academic record
  • Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
