Job Description

We are partnering with a leading national law firm to recruit a Senior Associate with strong experience in real estate law. This role is perfect for an ambitious lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take the next step in their legal career.

The opportunity to join a market-leading team and work on high-value, complex property transactions for a sophisticated client base, including developers, fund managers, government, and institutional investors is rare to find. In this role, you will:

  • Work on capital transactions, large-scale property developments, and real estate joint ventures
  • Advise on agreements for lease, commercial leasing, and associated real estate documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-practice teams
  • Deliver strategic legal advice throughout the lifecycle of development and investment projects
  • Engage directly with clients and help manage key relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a commercially-minded lawyer with:

  • PQE 5+ years law firm experience in real estate or corporate property transactions
  • Experience in complex property matters, including acquisitions, developments, and leasing
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to client service and continuous improvement
  • Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and being part of a positive team culture
