Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Key Store Leadership Position. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and work towards leading your own store and team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Influence and inspire Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers.
- Lead by example and create exceptional customer service experiences.
- Oversee the maintenance of outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing strategies in-store.
- Assist with completing administrative and operational requirements for the store.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the success of the store management and operations.
- Proven experience in supervising and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve strong results.
- A love for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watch brands.
- Strong selling background with a track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
