Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and optimize store operations.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
  • Passion for customer service and a drive to deliver results.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions quickly.
