Job Title

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for leadership and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding sales performance. You will work closely with Store Management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead by example, collaborate with management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
  • Coordinate daily activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on store operations.
  • Support team members in executing retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, and promotion of loyalty programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18+ years old.
  • Possess at least A Level / SSCE/ Diploma or above preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of total retail experience; with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
  • Proven communication skills (written and verbal) to successfully connect with team members, operations managers, and corporate partners.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email, and able to operate retail Point of Sale system.
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily.
  • Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily.
