Role Summary:

The Proactive Services Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists to ensure a pristine store environment and efficient trolley collection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team to ensure all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Trolley Collection: Oversee the collection and maintenance of trolleys to ensure they are available for customer use.
  • Cleaning Services: Coordinate and deliver cleaning services to maintain the store's appearance and hygiene standards.
  • Time and Attendance: Manage team members' time and attendance, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Roster Management: Create and manage team rosters to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving trolleys.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
