Diverse position for a Team Assistant to support a busy, proactive Sales Team with our client, a global organisation in the medical space.
Based from Macquarie Park, this role offers hybrid flexibility and a fantastic hourly rate, along with possibility of extension past the initial duration of 3 months.
Working within a genuinely supportive and energetic team, this is a role not to be missed

The Role
- Support a quickly-growing sales team of 6 with day-to-day administration duties
- Manage inbound customer enquiries to centralised team inbox or calls which will come directly from customers, via the company Website or the Customer Care Team
- Liaise with other teams and Operating Units such as Product Managers, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, to gather information in order to provide solutions to customers
- Assist with managing patient and customer account queries by creating Proforma invoices
- Use of internal systems for pricing and deal information.
- Utilise and manage customer information and accounts within the company CRM system (SalesForce). Includes documentation of cases, interactions and activities.
- Take notes and document cases, interactions and activities in CRM
- Assist in account creation with Customer Service teams.
- Following up with customers regarding payments
You will need:
- Experience in a Team Assistant or mid-level Administration role (or similar) is essential
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an organised and effective manner
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and a wide variety of teams
- This role would suit candidates who are proactive and solution-focussed
