At Reason Group, we're seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Account Director to join our Client Account Services team. As a key member of our organization, you'll accelerate revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships with clients and partners, and enhance our corporate presence across Federal and State Government, Defence, and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated sales plan that prioritizes revenue growth and client acquisition in the Federal and State Government, Defence sectors, and large enterprises.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop client and partner relationships to drive new opportunities to expand our business.
  • Contribute to our leadership forums and governance committees on sales and client engagement strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in meeting sales growth targets in digital transformation or business consulting in the public sector.
  • Extensive relationships and experience in managing senior client relationships in the Federal and State Government, Defence, and large enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence, engage, and negotiate with senior stakeholders at SES level or C-Suite.
  • A business-minded approach with the ability to collaborate with delivery, presales, and marketing teams.
  • A passion for making a difference for government clients and improving processes that align them with best practices and market demands.
