Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to provide administrative support and customer service expertise to the Contract Manufacturing/Packing department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining existing and developing new customer relationships, and assist with the facilitation of new contract packed products.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to the team.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis for smooth operations within the Contract manufacturing department.
  • Assist with the coordination of ongoing projects and general business support functions as required.
  • Ensure customer queries are followed up and satisfactory solutions are found for both the customer and the company.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards and are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in staff training as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, health and safety standards.
  • Require tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
