The Opportunity:

Looking for an exciting career opportunity? Join our Kalgoorlie branch as a Field Service Technician (HD Fitter/Mechanic).

You will be responsible for carrying out machine diagnostics and repairs on a variety of mobile plant equipment, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

The role also involves generating technical reports such as service reports, TSI & warranty claim processes.

As a field service technician you will travel around the Goldfields Region carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs for Komatsu customers, having no two days the same.

This position is offered as a residential role based in the town of Kalgoorlie or as a 2:1 FIFO position ex Perth.

Your role will also include a work vehicle + phone + laptop.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Qualified Fitter or Plant Mechanic
  • Experience working with heavy mobile equipment
  • Field service experience highly regarded
  • High standard of safety for yourself and others
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
