Job Title: Field Service Technician

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication links, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure coordinated delivery items arrive on schedule.
  • Identify areas for improvement in systems and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of new policies & procedures.
  • Inspect and test generators according to standards.
  • Complete modifications to meet standards.
  • Resolve issues and problems with generators.
  • Complete all applicable documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Energy Safety WA Electricians License.
  • 3 years' experience in mechanical electrical trade.
  • Familiarity and understanding of AS/NZS3000 technical manuals and reports.
  • Experience with generator fleet from 20kVA to 1250kVA.
  • Ability to gain a mine medical and site entry induction requirements as required.
  • A National Police Clearance as required.
