Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to play a vital role in our social and affordable housing projects. The Senior Lawyer will provide expert legal and strategic advice on complex property, construction, and finance matters that support the development and delivery of social and affordable housing across Australia.

  • Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice on property, construction, development, and finance matters to support our housing and service delivery projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation, including development agreements, construction contracts, financing arrangements, conveyancing and leasing documents, and government tenders.
  • Manage legal risks, compliance obligations, and governance requirements to support the successful completion of large-scale transactions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property, construction, development, and finance law, as well as advanced drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with current Australian practising certificate is essential, along with a minimum of five years' post-admission experience.
