Property Lawyer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Property Lawyer for a leading Australian property developer and construction company.

About the Role
  • Provide legal advice and support on a range of property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property and commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction and commercial issues.

The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, and ideally some exposure to construction law, from either private practice or in-house.

Requirements
  • Post-admission experience in property law
  • Experience in construction law (ideal)
