Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious lawyer to join our Sydney CBD office. This role provides the opportunity to grow and develop under the mentorship of an industry leader in Real Estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating contracts, and conducting due diligence.

  • Manage property transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Handle complex property matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide expert legal advice on property construction and development matters.
  • Negotiate and draft agreements related to property finance transactions.
  • Undertake transaction structuring to optimise outcomes for clients.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have;

  • 2-4 years PQE experience in commercial real estate law.
  • An excellent academic record with strong legal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A well-developed commercial acumen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
