We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Development Manager to join our property business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small but growing portfolio of residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding property business with a strong focus on customer service and team culture.

The successful candidate will have experience in property management and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners. You will work closely with the directors and property management team to ensure the efficient operation of each property.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a small portfolio of residential properties across the Brisbane suburbs
  • Overseeing rental arrears and ensuring timely payments
  • Coordinating entry and exit condition reports
  • Organizing maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with owners and tenants to resolve any issues
  • Assisting with lease renewals and rent increases

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
  • An Australian driver's license
  • Previous experience in property management (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service
  • Confidence in building positive professional relationships with clients
