Portfolio Manager

The role of the Portfolio Manager is to oversee a portfolio of properties, working collaboratively with various teams to ensure efficient management and excellent service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular property inspections, maintain accurate records, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.
- Maintain up-to-date property records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate contractor database management and ensure adherence to fire safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual asset management plan, including furnishings and equipment.
The successful candidate will possess high-level conflict resolution skills, be self-motivated, and able to manage their workload effectively. A demonstrated commitment to working within a person-centered framework is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in tenancy/social housing or other human services or property management related field
- High level conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivation and ability to manage own workload
