Job Title:

Document Compliance Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Document Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Business Management System (BMS).

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and business units to develop policies, procedures, and processes in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the BMS, ensuring it remains up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Work closely with department managers to support compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and risk mitigation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
  • Previous experience in document management and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
