We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team. As an HCM Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and performance. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training programs that align with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong instructional design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should also have experience working with Workday HCM product suite and Cross Applications tools.

A suitable candidate for this position should have 2-6 years of HCM consulting or HR/HRIS operations experience, a passion for education, and self-motivation. Additionally, they should be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
