Leadership Role: Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to lead and direct the operational activities of the organisation, ensuring that they align with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate information from diverse sources and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners through high-level communication and negotiation skills.

  • Manage projects effectively, defining tasks, setting priorities, and coordinating activities to meet competing deadlines and deliver results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • No mandatory qualifications are required; however, possession of professional or tertiary level qualifications in business management, financial management, accountancy, policy, or change management will be favourably regarded.
