Operational Leadership Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of clinics within a designated cluster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to local reception teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community.

  • Manage and lead clerical staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to streamline administrative tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these needs.

In addition to operational responsibilities, this role also involves:

  • Providing hands-on support to Office Supervisors and clerical employees at various clinics.
  • Traveling to all clinics in the Area to provide leadership and guidance as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other personnel.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and optimize results.
