Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead our site operational teams and manage facilities management sites. The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure activities are prioritized, diligently, and efficiently completed.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, specifically managing small to mid-size site projects up to $50K. They will also be responsible for preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating them on a quarterly basis.
  • Liaise with tenants for operational matters and services delivery related to base building. The Senior Facilities Manager will establish and maintain sound professional working relationships with clients, including the provision of regular updates and meeting attendance.
  • The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with others to identify and address operational aspects that require attention.

The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for performing detailed reviews of the standard of presentation and cleaning, identifying areas for improvement, and addressing any issues promptly.
