A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior Water Operations Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of water resource recovery assets.

Job Description

The role is responsible for ensuring the safe operation and protection of the environment while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be expected to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance team effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining plants in line with industry frameworks, including health and safety requirements and quality management protocols. This involves conducting daily plant performance testing, adjusting process control parameters, and executing on-site process and asset checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements
  • High-level knowledge and extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel across locations.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, including day shifts, after-hours standby, and weekend rotations.
  • Computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
