Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team in Darwin Airport. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our service.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of approximately $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
  • Guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NT Working with Children Check
