Facilities Asset Optimisation Specialist

The role of a Facilities & Assets Manager is to deliver exceptional customer service and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify areas of risk and opportunity in relation to maintenance and capital works
- Develop and implement plans to achieve commercial targets and optimise lifecycle cost of facilities and/or assets
- Analyse regular call-outs, reactive maintenance, and other requests to inform asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of facilities management
- Ability to demonstrate property maintenance and management skills
- Current Driver's Licence required
