Job Title: Staff Accommodation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accommodation Specialist to join our team at a leading facility in Nauru. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating staff to their accommodation and arranging transport to collect/drop personnel between their accommodation and airport when they arrive/depart as part of their roster rotation.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years administration experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to coordinate high volume and complex tasks. They will also possess a strong willingness to work in a hot tropical environment on Nauru.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of arrangements made. Additionally, they will be flexible and adaptable to varied working situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate accommodation to arriving personnel
  • Arrange room preparation for arrivals and departures
  • Arrange transport to collect/drop personnel between their accommodation and airport when they are arriving/departing
  • Maintain accurate records of arrangements made
Requirements:
  • Administration experience in a similar role (2-3 years)
