We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Manager to lead the daily operations of our hostel in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit existing staff structures and procedures to optimize guest satisfaction and staff productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for managing online bookings, guest information, and staff rostering.
  • Provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high standards of quality in all aspects of the hostel.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive direct bookings and maximize revenue from online booking providers.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of the online reservation system.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in accommodation management, preferably with online booking systems.
  • Strong initiative, ability to work independently, and flexibility with work periods.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, proven experience in implementing staff structures, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
