About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chapter Lead - Campaign Data Analysts to join our Customer Interactions Team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Campaign Data Analysts and driving the development of customer communication strategies across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customer communication strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Campaign Data Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer communication programs, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and other teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring customer interests are prioritized while meeting financial targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer campaign execution, including planning, sizing, list extraction, and reporting.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, with manager of manager level experience essential.
  • Skills: Excellent documentation and writing skills, with a focus on data quality and information management. Extensive multitasking abilities and capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive skills in SQL and SAS, with advanced level MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
  • Soft Skills: High analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills, with efficient project planning and execution. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a business context.
