About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to join our Customer Interactions Team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Campaign Data Analysts and driving the development of customer communication strategies across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer communication strategies that drive successful outcomes and meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Campaign Data Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement structural improvements to work processes, products, and services to meet customer needs and drive business success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer campaign execution, including planning, sizing, list extraction, and reporting.
  • Proven experience leading teams, with manager of manager level experience essential.
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills, with a focus on data quality and information management.
  • Extensive multitasking abilities and capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced level MS Excel and MS Office knowledge, with skills in SQL and SAS.
  • High analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills, with efficient project planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a business context.
