- Support and maintain EACS and CCTV systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Monitor system status, alarms, and uptime, intervening actively when issues arise.
- Manage service desk tickets and collaborate closely with the Applications Support team during upgrades.
- Coordinate system design and integration for new capital projects.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure key performance indicators are met in line with service agreements.
- Configure access permissions for internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
