Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Management Professional to lead the delivery of our Aviation Meteorological Services portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of new products and services, as well as upgrading existing systems to ensure safe and efficient civil aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and operational forecasting, to develop and implement new products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external customers, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high degree of initiative and ability to self-manage, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project financial management, end-to-end management, and project establishment, with a strong understanding of technical project management principles.
  • A consultative and influencing approach, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
