Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Asset Management professional to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration.

This role combines strong technical and business skills, requiring functional experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, as well as deep consulting skills backed up by practical experience. The successful candidate will have a solid background in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management with extensive experience of the Plant Maintenance modules.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate end-to-end project experience that encompasses process design, planning, and management, with execution of the build through to go-live highly valued. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proven ability to deliver key project deliverables on time and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement effective enterprise asset management strategies.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise and experience to ensure successful project delivery and client success.
  • Participate in new and existing projects developed with the latest technology and tools.
  • Manage people and delivery teams, with a focus on delivering successful customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive demonstrable SAP implementation experience, including at least 4 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Strong knowledge in the SAP PM domain and general knowledge of other SAP modules.
  • Previous history performing FITGAP analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
  • Customisation experience of SAP EAM solutions and an understanding of the core data structures and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues.
