Strategic Asset Management Expert

As a seasoned strategic asset management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering impactful outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with our teams and strategic partners to develop and implement effective solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to drive growth in the utilities practice by leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Solution Delivery: Work closely with clients and delivery teams on projects to solve business challenges and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Build meaningful relationships with clients, connecting them to deep industry expertise and connections.
  • Solution Development: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for process areas within designated strategic clients.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities, ensuring alignment to client/customer value and strategic goals.
  • Market Positioning: Contribute to strong market positioning and increase mindshare through effective branding.
About This Opportunity:

This is a Melbourne-based role that requires extensive management consulting expertise (8+ years), with experience in enterprise asset management, including transformation, maintenance management, and workforce planning. Experience working in the energy utilities sector, knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry, and regulatory landscape are highly regarded.

You will bring good leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills, as well as the ability to construct presentation slides that convey the intended message effectively. Additionally, you must have the ability to present information effectively to the audience and support generating consulting/implementation business from new and existing accounts.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
  • Ability to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions, and drive SAP Transformation.
  • Good understanding of IT and OT and the role technology plays in effective asset management, such as Intelligent asset management through Sensors and IoT devices, Mobility solutions, Digital twin solutions, Predictive maintenance analytics, AI-enabled autonomous asset management.
