Role Overview:
This freelance role involves summarizing announcements from financial services regulators across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on changes to laws, regulations, and guidance for regulatory tracking purposes.
Responsibilities:
Compose clear and concise summaries of regulatory content for financial services clients globally
Complete assignments within agreed turnaround times, typically 1-2 days
Adhere to strict house style guidelines
Add taxonomy (ontology) and linking to other related content
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in risk or compliance functions within the financial services sector
Background in either a compliance monitoring role, operational risk, or legal within the financial services sector
An understanding of policy, risk, control, and frameworks
Previous legal or regulatory editorial or technical writing experience
Excellent written English skills and attention to detail
A high level of drive, ability to work independently and under pressure
A willingness to learn from frequent constructive feedback
