Financial Services Regulatory Content Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of Australian regulatory compliance content.
As a Regulatory Content Expert, you'll be responsible for managing the content lifecycle, from strategy to delivery. You'll stay ahead of legislative reform, case law, and compliance trends, gathering insights directly from customers to shape content that's practical, relevant, and tailored for different industries.
Key responsibilities include cultivating and managing relationships with external contributors such as specialist lawyers, consultants, regulators, and professional bodies. You'll partner with internal teams to define product value propositions, support go-to-market plans, deliver training, and contribute to client presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a University law degree or equivalent, with 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) ideally in financial services, banking, insurance or legal/corporate compliance. Demonstrated legal drafting and editing skills are essential, as well as a strong understanding of how compliance content is used across legal and non-legal industries.
