About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at one of our Box Hill locations. As an Educator with Fit Kidz, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 0-6. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and education, while promoting the well-being and safety of all children in our centres.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Provide individualised attention and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, health, and safety.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A Certificate III, Diploma, or Degree-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.Educator experience working with children aged 0-6.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.A First Aid certificate or willingness to attend a paid in-house first aid training.The ability to obtain a valid Working with Children's Check.What We Offer
