We're looking for a Post Placement Support Specialist to provide support to individuals with disabilities in the workforce.
Job Overview
This role involves monitoring and supporting employed participants through regular contact, identifying challenges that impact employment, and finding solutions to maintain long-term employment.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and submit documentation on time.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address participant needs.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
