Senior Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Director to lead our team in providing an exceptional level of catering to our residents.

  • Deliver high-quality facility-based catering in accordance with menus and agreed standards.
  • Provide effective leadership to achieve high standards of customer service.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and play a key part in implementing a whole new dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, cook, and serve nourishing and attractive in-house meals to create a memorable dining experience for our residents.

  2. Maintain rigorous food safety monitoring and recording practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  3. Provide direction, training, and support to all catering employees to maintain high standards of culinary expertise.

  4. Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and efficiency.

  5. Evaluate and improve consistency and excellence in food preparation to enhance resident satisfaction.

  6. Oversee ordering, inventory management, and kitchen cleanliness to optimize operational efficiency.
